ProQual Level 6 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice & Injectable Procedures available with Skin Deep Beauty Training ltd Entry requirements - Hold a currently valid First Aid at Work qualification, such as: First Aid at Work level 3 ofqual regulated, Emergency First Aid, Adult Basic Life Support, AED and Management of Anaphylaxis. and a level 5 in aesthetics practice you must have all this or show lots of evidence of industry work or be a registered Nurse or medic and show pin evidence.

Candidate Profile - The ProQual Level 6 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice and Injectable Procedures has been developed for practitioners seeking to deliver non-surgical aesthetic

treatments. Throughout the qualification, candidates will participate in a range of

learning, assessment and practical activities designed to develop the knowledge,

skills and competence required to consult, plan and deliver aesthetic treatments

safely and professionally. Candidates will also develop an understanding of the

anatomy and physiology associated with aesthetic practice, as well as professional

and safe, hygienic working practices.

Candidates will be required to demonstrate their competence through a substantial

number of observed practical treatments, ensuring they can effectively administer

aesthetic procedures in a professional working environment.

On completion of this qualification candidates can progress to the Level 7 Aesthetic

Practice and Injectable Procedures qualification or pursue work in the industry.

Units which are covered are as follows

1. Safe, Hygienic and Effective Working Practices for Aesthetic Treatments

2. Professional Practice for Aesthetic Practitioners

3. Anatomy and Physiology for Advanced Aesthetic Practice

Optional Units – Candidates must complete at least three units in this group.

1. Principles and Practice of Microneedling Treatments

2. Principles and Practice of Advanced Superficial Chemical Peel Treatments

3. Principles and Practice of Mesotherapy Treatments

4. Principles and Practice of Skin Booster Injections

5. Principles and Practice of Advanced Micropigmentation

Work consists of guided homework, practical and blended theory lessons, please note this is an intense course.
